'Doors of Women' is the journey of a girl who finds herself in a state of enlightenment for a brief moment. In that moment she falls instantly in love with this new found peace. But before she can get comfortable, her mind and heart begin to flood her with guilt and sadness, leaving her to question is she even worthy of this new found life? Does she deserve an open door to this field of enlightenment? So she goes back into her memories to reflect on all her actions of carelessness and hurt she brought onto people who loved her, only to find at the end of her journey she too had been hurt and not all was bad in her past loves. In this process she slowly begins to forgive herself and she remembers how she found her field of enlightenment.
The 'Doors of Women' book is a collaboration between writer Monica Rivera and photographer Cheryl Ferrazza.
